Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at support@dwor.info.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Vehicles (Cars and Bikes) once registered
• Customized or modified parts
• Digital products and software

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
